Layton Square

Layton Square is a 57 unit mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown Cudahy, WI. The project is in the centerpiece of Cudahy’s redevelopment efforts. Bear utilized multiple capital sources including 9% low income housing tax credits “LIHTC”, brownfield grants, TIF financing, and an AHP Grant. The project is slated to open in February of 2017.
