Millbrook Townhomes

Millbrook Townhomes is the new construction development of 60 multi-family townhouse style units in Cherry Valley, IL. The development includes fifteen, 4-unit buildings and a community building on one parcel of land. Bear Development was awarded 9% LIHTC by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for this development that is now completed.
