Pike Ridge

Pike Ridge Senior Commons and Pike Ridge Townhomes are the new constructions of an 80-unit senior building and 16 townhome units on a single parcel of land in Somers, WI. CMA acted as general contractor. Pike Ridge began construction in January of 2020 and was completed in early 2021.
