Whitetail Ridge

Whitetail Ridge is the new construction of a 50-unit senior building and 10 family townhomes on a single parcel of land in Paddock Lake, WI. Bear utilized multiple capital sources including 9% low income housing tax credits “LIHTC,” a grant via the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s AHP program, a loan from Kenosha County, and tax incremental financing. CMA is acting as general contractor. Whitetail Ridge will began construction in March of 2018 and was completed in May 2019.
