Iron District MKE and the proposed soccer field among some of the biggest business story in Milwaukee in 2022.
According to Milwaukee Business News Viewpoint, Iron District MKE was one of the biggest local business stories of 2022. Announced in May, the new sports, entertainment, and retail district is aimed to be positioned in downtown Milwaukee. The 11-acre Iron District MKE would add residential units and space for entertainment and sports events to the area northeast of the Marquette Interchange.
