The Corliss has celebrated its grand opening with the first building now open and leasing, part of an eight-building, 576-home, all-affordable community in Bay View/Harbor District. Architecture features nods to the site’s industrial heritage, complemented by a new public extension of the Kinnickinnic River Trail running through the property. Amenities include fitness centers, community rooms, outdoor spaces, a dog park, and EV charging, with rents set for households at 40%–80% AMI.
