Significant changes are on the horizon for the Filer & Stowell complex in Bay View, with plans now aiming to nearly double the number of apartments to 576. In addition to creating housing, the redevelopment intends to establish a public connection through the Kinnickinnic River Trail. This ambitious project marks a substantial transformation from the original proposal put forward in 2020.
