The Candlewood Suites Kenosha–Pleasant Prairie hotel has been sold for nearly $10.2 million. Located at 10200 74th St., the three-story property includes 90 rooms and was originally built in 2008. HRK CW Kenosha LLC, whose registered agent is Hardik Patel, is the buyer of the extended-stay hotel.
