Plans for Hotel & Dance Studio in Pleasant Prairie
For the last 7 to 8 years, we’ve owned a 3.6-acre site in Pleasant Prairie. We’ve recently put in a request to subdivide the property into two parcels. Northern Lot #1 will be designated for a dance studio and south Lot #2 will house a hotel.
