Construction Underway On First Phase Of Iron District Development
Construction is underway on the first phase of the Iron District development in downtown Milwaukee. Bear Real Estate Group secured financing to build Michigan Street Commons, a 99-unit affordable apartment building located on West Michigan Street. The first phase is part of a larger four-block project that will house a professional soccer stadium, hotel, and live indoor music venue.
