Lofts2 Apartments

Located in the heart of downtown Kenosha, WI., 5th Avenue Lofts Phase II (Lofts 2) consists of 44 units. Bear Development entitled, developed and sourced all necessary capital for the project. CMA acted as general contractor. The project is slated to open in November of 2017.
