Bristol Ridge

Bristol Ridge Senior Cottages and Bristol Ridge Townhomes are two new construction, affordable housing developments in the Village of Bristol, WI. Bristol Ridge Senior Cottages includes 40 one- and two-bedroom units of senior-restricted housing with a total of five ranch-style buildings. Residents have access to garages and a community clubhouse. Bristol Ridge Townhomes consists of one, eight-unit townhome building with 3-bedroom layouts. Both developments were awarded a 9% tax credit and were completed Spring of 2022.
