Eva Manor

Eva Manor is the new construction of a 42-unit senior building and 8 family townhomes on a single parcel of land in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Bear utilized multiple capital sources including 9% low income housing tax credits “LIHTC,” a grant via the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s AHP program, a loan from Kenosha County, Brownfield Grants, and tax incremental financing. CMA is acting as general contractor. Eva Manor began construction in March of 2018 and was completed July 2019.
