Fox Crossing

Fox Crossing Apartments is a 24 unit family community located in Burlington, WI offering 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units. The site was a former manufactured gas plant and Bear succesfully remediated and redeveloped the parcel. Phase One included 24 units opening December of 2014. Bear utilized 9% low income housing tax credits “LIHTC”, brownfield grants, Federal Home Loan Bank grant, a low interest loan from the municipality and TIF assistance.
