Geneseo Townhomes is the new construction development of 40 multi-family townhouse style units in Geneseo, IL. The development includes five 8-unit buildings on one parcel of land directly across from Geneseo Commons Senior Living. Bear Development was awarded 9% LIHTC by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for this development that was completed in December 2022.
