93 room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel is currently under construction in Kenosha, WI slated to open in July 2015. Bear is handling all facets of the development process including entitlements, sourcing of capital, hiring of an operator, franchise negotiation and managing the development process to ensure a successful project. CMA is the general contractor.
