Market Square Apartments

Market Square Apartments is a 280-unit, newly constructed family community in Somers, WI. There are fourteen 20 -unit buildings all with direct access from outside. This project consists of studios, one, two, and three bedrooms apartments. Bear Development entitled, developed and sourced all necessary capital for the project. CMA acted as general contractor. Phase II of Market Square includes two new 25-unit buildings with upgraded finishes and smart home technology. These new, “Premier Units” are now available.
