Michigan Street Commons

Michigan Street Commons is a 99-unit new construction housing development in Downtown Milwaukee. It will be the first phase of the larger mixed-use and multi-phase plan for The Iron District. Bear Development was issued tax-exempt bonds & tax credits. Construction began January 2023.
