Novation Senior Commons is a 4-story, 60-unit, newly-constructed senior living community that is conveniently located just off the Beltline on the south side of Madison, WI in Fitchburg,WI. Novation Senior Commons offers affordable one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom senior apartments and opened in August of 2018.

Bear utilized multiple capital sources for the development of these apartments, including 4% low-income housing tax credits “LIHTC,” WHEDA primary and secondary debt, Dane County HOME Funds and tax incremental financing. CMA is acting as general contractor.
