Prairie Apartments is a 116 unit apartment community located in a quiet rural area with easy access to both Chicago and Milwaukee. Prairie Apartments has a variety of floor plans including 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units. Bear developed the site obtaining all necessary approvals and capital. CMA acted as the general contractor.
