Providence Pointe

Bear Development is re-developing the former 226-unit “Taft Homes” site in Peoria, IL into 142 new construction units of affordable housing known as Providence Pointe. Financing on the development closed in September 2021. Demolition and construction will be phased over two years to allow existing residents to remain on site during construction. Construction is scheduled to be fully completed by March 2024.
