Bear developed a 116 units condominium community consisting of duplexes, three, four, nine and ten unit buildings. The varying product sizes and styles has allowed us to cater to a diverse base of homeowners and tenants. Sun Pointe Village is located in Kenosha, WI. CMA was the general contractor.
