The Mariner Apartments

The Mariner is a 221-unit, newly constructed apartment community in Saint Francis, WI. This project consists of studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, all with private entrances. The Mariner also features a lounge & outdoor pool, state-of-the-art clubhouse with full gourmet kitchen and a fitness center. Bear Development entitled, developed and sourced all necessary capital for the project. CMA acted as general contractor for this development that was completed in 2020.
