Bear Real Estate Group Receives $20.6 Million In Financing For Affordable Housing Development

Bear Real Estate Group has received $20.6 million in financing for the construction of Michigan Street Commons, a 99-unit affordable housing development that will serve residents earning between 50 and 70 percent of the area’s median income.
Construction has already begun on the $27.5 million apartment building, which is scheduled to be completed in spring 2024.
